For −40 → +150 °C: 10 °C/min achievable. For −70 °C: 7–8 °C/min depending on capacity and payload.

Need a separate cooling water source?

Water-cooled configuration needs a 30 kW chiller or cooling tower. Setcom can bundle the chiller.
