5-step process

1. Consultation

Setcom engineers capture your industry, sample type, applicable standards, site constraints and budget, producing a preliminary URS.

2. Site survey

We survey floor plan, power, water, compressed air and drainage to ensure the chamber fits the installation and runs reliably long-term.

3. 3D design & approval

Detailed 3D design, sections, electrical schematic, P&ID and bill of materials — you approve drawings before fabrication.

4. Fabrication & FAT

Manufacturing at Enex Korea or qualified Vietnam partner. Factory Acceptance Test before shipping.

5. Installation & training

Site Acceptance Test, first calibration, operator training and SOP documentation delivered at your facility.

+ Warranty & maintenance

Standard 12-month warranty, scheduled maintenance, fast spare-parts delivery by the Setcom team in Vietnam.
